人力资源管理中心紧密贴合复星医药及奥鸿药业战略重点,积极主动探索人才培养新路径。2018年2月,正式推出奥鸿药业人才学习与成长平台——奥鸿赋能俱乐部。

我们立足现在、着眼未来、不断创新,成为塑造奥鸿药业学习型企业文化与培养具有企业家精神人才的重要平台。

这里是企业管理文化建设与人才培养的主阵地,也是高层管理人员和员工沟通的最佳空间。自成立以来,人力资源管理中心共计策划并启动了13个人才发展项目,持续助力企业发展。

承接奥鸿药业管培生培养项目,针对应往届毕业并通过筛选,成功进入管培生团队的大学生。

邀请集团、奥鸿药业重量级高管,不定期为大家传道授业解惑。

在忙碌的工作中汲取知识,共同感受学习的乐趣。
4、校园品牌植入
开启校企合作,建立校园雇主品牌,吸引、挖掘潜力股。

开启体验式培训,在游戏中进行情境模拟,寓教于乐。
